Product Details:

1. The machine will equip with a human-machine interface (12-inch touch screen), which have an independent computer station to display and order recording function. It is easy and quick to operate.
2. The transfer rollers are adopted high-quality steel, plated with hard chrome, ground surface, tapered transition. The steel tubes are seamless.
3. The dynamic balance will adjust after forging and transition-tapering the spindle head of the printing roller.
4. Transfer gear is adopted 20CrMnTi alloy steel ground and heat-processed. The range of Rockwell hardness is between 58 and 62 degrees.
5. The machine can be remote-controlled and operated by equipping a remote network diagnostic function.
6. The machine can change plates quickly and track the position of feeding, printing, slotting, die-cutting automatically without going to zero.
7. The gap between the upper and lower of the bottom pressure roller will be adjusted automatically after inputting the data.
8. Since every unit can be separated automatically, plates can be changed and positioned easily.
