Functions and characteristics:
The machine is operated through a computer, it is easy to set
orders automatically.
The PLC control system is easy to operate by touch screen
man-machine interface.
The paper feeding part adopts a vacuum absorption leading-edge belt
to ensure the cardboard is in the right position.
1 Gluing and folding department.
The main motor adopts a variable-frequency speed control system
without noise, which is easy to adjust the speed with stability.
With imported high friction belt to convey and stack the cardboard
automatically.
Adopting a stainless-steel wheel makes the gluing well-distributed,
which is wasteless without fault.
The folding part equips with a cardboard correction device and an
indentation correction device.
The folding part has two rows of adjustable inner positioning guide
wheel system to make the forming accurate more correctly. The
folding speed is between 0-150psc/min.
2 Paper feeding department
adopting the leading-edge belt suction paper feeding is more
accurate and reliable.
Due to the High-grade electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic
brake system, it is safe and controlled to adjust the quantity of
feeding paper without a machine halt.
The height of the presser wheel is adjustable, which is suitable
for the thickness of the pressboard is 2-8 mm.
Linking with the folding part, the speed can adjust by the
frequency conversion system, the feeding speed is 0-150 m/min.
The front baffle and the belt of the paper feeding part can be
adjusted left and right.
3 Counting and Stacking Unit
Automatic stacking and orderly output.
The speed of the main motor can adjust by the frequency conversion
system. It is stable and reliable.
The cartons are carried and stacked through the belt at the speed
of 0-130m/min.
Flapping the cardboard can correct the deviations with little
error.
With Pneumatic counting and putting forward, PLC electronic
control, it is accurate and fast.
With PLC programmable controller and touch screen digital control,
the operation is simple and reliable. Non-stop input data, and
automatic counting.
The output part adopts the synchronous pressing mode of the bottom
conveyor belt and upper pressing belt so that the finished carton
can be firmly adhered to and neatly output without dislocation.
4 The whole unit of the stitching head is imported from Taiwan; the
machine speed is 600 nails per minute.
5 The nail spacing can be adjusted arbitrarily from 30 mm to 120
mm.
6 Single nail/double nail/reinforcing nail can be done at one time,
which can meet different requirements of different customers for
nail species.
7 Applying to three, five, and seven layers of corrugated cardboard
(special instructions for seven layers)
8 It takes only a few minutes to change the size of cartons and
adjust the nail spacing of cartons, which greatly saves time and is
easy to operate.
