1. Glue folding department.
The main motor adopts a frequency conversion speed regulation

The stainless-steel wheel is used for gluing, the glue quantity is
uniform, no trouble, and glue saving.
The folding part is equipped with a cardboard correction device and
an indentation correction device.
The folding part has two rows of adjustable inner positioning guide
wheel system, which has higher forming accuracy. Folding speed is
0-150/min.
2 Paper supply department
The belt leading-edge suction paper feeding method is accurate and
reliable.
High-grade electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system
are adopted to make the paper feeding department controlled
independently and the operation room single and reliable.
The height of the presser wheel is adjustable, and the thickness of
the pressboard is 2-8 mm.
Link with folding part, adjust speed by frequency conversion, feed
speed is 0-150 m/min.
The front baffle and the paper belt of the paper supply department
can be adjusted left and right.
3. Counting and Stacking Unit
Automatically stack and output neatly.
Frequency conversion speed regulation of the main motor in the
technical department, adjustable speed, stable and reliable
start-up.
Cartons are conveyed by a belt with neat stacking at speeds of
0-130m/min.
It has the function of rectifying deviation and little deviation
when beating large cartons with a beating board.
Pneumatic counting and putting forward, PLC electronic control,
reliable action, accurate and fast.
PLC programmable controller and touch screen digital control,
simple operation, reliable non-stop input data, automatic counting.
The output part adopts the synchronous pressing mode of the bottom
conveyor belt and upper pressing belt so that the finished carton
can be firmly adhered to and neatly output without dislocation.
4. Taiwanese imports of the whole group, with a mechanical speed of
600 nails per minute; The nail spacing can be adjusted arbitrarily
from 30 mm to 120 mm.
5. Single nail/double nail/reinforcing nail can be nailed at one
time, which can meet different requirements of different customers
for nail species.
6. Applying to three, five, and seven layers of corrugated
cardboard (special instructions for seven layers)
7. It takes only a few minutes to change the size of cartons and
adjust the nail spacing of cartons, which greatly saves time and is
easy to operate.
